Esta ley establece condiciones laborales m\u00ednimas a las que las personas asalariadas tienen derecho, y est\u00e1 complementada por varios reglamentos. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cnesst.gouv.qc.ca\/fr\/conditions-travail\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">La Comisi\u00f3n de normas, de equidad, de salud y de seguridad en el trabajo (CNESST)<\/a> es el organismo gubernamental encargado de aplicar la LNT y sus reglamentos.
